Provider & Third Party Vetting: Accreditations, Compliance & Due Diligence

At Specialist Rescue Group, the integrity, safety, and reliability of our global operations depend on the rigorous selection and continuous monitoring of our providers and third-party partners. Whether delivering specialist rescue services, training, logistics, or crisis support across high-risk or remote environments, our network is held to the highest international standards.

Our Vetting Process

We apply a multi-stage due diligence and compliance protocol to ensure every provider or third-party partner meets our strict operational and ethical benchmarks:

Pre-Qualification & Risk Assessment

Each potential provider undergoes a comprehensive risk assessment based on their operational domain, jurisdiction, historical performance, and industry relevance. This helps us assess regulatory exposure, geopolitical risk, and operational capacity before entering further evaluation stages.

Verification of Certifications & Accreditations

We require and verify all relevant accreditations, licenses, and certifications appropriate to the service being delivered. This includes but is not limited to:

  • ISO and other international quality standards

  • Medical & paramedical certifications (e.g., HCPC, NREMT, GMC, etc.)

  • Technical rescue and safety qualifications

  • Aviation, maritime, or land transport certifications

  • National and international training body endorsements

All documentation is reviewed and cross-validated with issuing authorities where appropriate.

Compliance Checks

All providers must adhere to our Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, and Human Rights Statement. We also conduct:

  • Sanctions and watchlist screening (UN, OFAC, UK HMT, EU, etc.)

  • AML/CFT compliance checks

  • GDPR/data protection evaluations for data handling providers

  • Insurance verification (public liability, indemnity, medevac, etc.)

Ongoing Audits & Performance Reviews

We don't stop at onboarding. Providers are continuously monitored through:

  • Scheduled and unscheduled audits

  • Incident reporting and debriefs

  • Client feedback loops and performance scoring

  • Contractual compliance reviews

Failing to meet our expectations can lead to immediate suspension or removal from our network.

Ethical & ESG Considerations

While mission-critical outcomes are our priority, we also consider environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. We give preference to providers demonstrating responsible sourcing, sustainability, and fair labor practices, especially in fragile or post-conflict areas.
